Luke Marvel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pepperdine University and quickly became a successful real estate broker and entrepreneur, with over $200m in Sales, over 60 property flips, and as an active investor purchasing over 30 properties. Through his expertise he helped cut costs and effectively double profit margin for a local developer, he created an on-site leasing and property management business model that significantly increased sales, and he led development of the largest student housing community in the U.S. (based on acreage).
